David G. L. Rogers has worked for Garcia & Villarreal, P.L.C. for nearly eight years, starting as a file clerk and now as an associate.
Mr. Rogers was born in Gallup, New Mexico, before moving to Casa Grande, Arizona, and remaining there until college. He attended Arizona State University graduating in December 2015 with multiple semesters on the Dean’s list. In 2019, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University as a merit scholar taking joint classes with OU.
During law school, Mr. Rogers continued to work for Garcia & Villarreal P.L.C. and participated in the Norick Municipal Research Clinic, where he performed research and provided guidance to the Oklahoma Municipal Counselor’s Office. His research focused on the ability of the municipality to regulate and monitor employees based on their classification of employment. Earning high remarks in his oral presentation to the municipal counselors of his findings and potential plans for the city moving forward.
Mr. Rogers was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2019 and has hit the ground running. Over his time at Garcia & Villarreal, as an associate and legal intern, he worked in complex business matters, including civil disputes, contract drafting, real estate transactions, secured transaction, and probate matters. He is committed to not only providing clients with zealous representation but also enabling them to make informed decisions based on their preferences.
